Arsenic Speciation

We have the capability of isolating and quantitating the two common species of arsenic, As(III) and As(V). This information is important for the design and monitoring of arsenic removal systems for drinking water.

To do the test we need 500 ml of water preserved with nitric acid to a pH less than 2 and 1 liter of sample with no preservative. Samples must be shipped overnight or delivered to the lab as soon as possible after sampling. We need 2 days notice to prepare the extraction resins.

Our routine turn around time is 5 days after advance notification.

Your report will list: Total Arsenic, Soluble Arsenic, Arsenic(III) and Arsenic(V).
